Hybrid yellow Tea Rose in soft focus.
Hybrid tea roses, (also called large-flowered roses) usually have only one flower per stem and tend to flower in three flushes from summer to late autumn.
They have a beautiful form, a pointed conical centre and outer petals that reflex as they unfurl.

Welcome! I am an Artist/Photographer based in Edinburgh, Scotland. My interests are wide and varied and this is reflected in my subject matter. I enjoy finding the beauty in even the most mundane subjects and the challenge of depicting the small details which are sometimes overlooked.
