Description
St.Giles Cathedral west wall south corner.
Part of the radical restoration work by architect William Burn between 1829 and 1833.
This is the front to the curtailed outer South Aisle - door under an oriel with ogee lights and a shield-bearing angel corbel (replicas of those on the demolished 15th century South Porch).
The oriel stained glass depicts a Unicorn and the Royal Arms of Scotland.
