Rejuvenation - a wind damage tree with the crown sawn off. New shoots are growing vigorously and the tree will again, in time, have a beautiful canopy of green.
The woodland on Craiglockhart Hill is well taken care of and provides a wonderful green space close to Edinburgh city centre. It is one of Edinburgh's famed seven hills.

I enjoy finding the beauty in even the most mundane subjects and the challenge of depicting the small details which are sometimes overlooked.
