Location is Trostbrücke 2 in Hamburg-Altstadt, Germany.
It stands on the banks of the Nikolaifleet, a tributary of the Alster into the Elbe.
Crowned with copper sailing ship models and a sculpture of the sea god Neptune.
This listed historic office building is due to be extensively renovated and converted into a luxury hotel.
